As the MBS content gradually increases, it forms a relatively independent phase at the PC-ABS interface, and the impact strength of the material no longer increases. At this point, the strength of the alloy is determined by the three phases of PC, ABS, and MBS. Further increasing the MBS content will cause the impact strength of the alloy to decrease, as the impact strength of MBS itself is lower than that of PC.
